Refund policy

All items purchased via craft events, or custom orders are not returnable or refundable. If an item purchased online is damaged in shipment, pictures must be provided in order to initiate 1 of 3 things: Repair, Replace, or Refund. I will do everything I can to fix or replace an item to your satisfaction before providing a refund. If the item is damaged due to normal use after 1 year a discount will be provided to the customer, not a full refund. The discount is to assist in replacement or repair. Cost of repair and replacement will be determined on the amount of damage to the product. If the damage to the product was deemed intentional, no refund, replacement, or repair will be authorized.
