Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are not with in my control, I utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipments. I follow all guidelines for those services. I do use a third party for shipping to lower costs from retail setting. All shipping costs reflect the third party, not retail shipping costs. Insurance is automatically included in every package. It is worked into the final cost of shipping. Insurance is based on quantity of items, and price of each item and covers damaged or lost packages. Before initiating a claim with a shipping service, please contact me first, this is how I can help you. In many instances I can replace the product before the shipping service can refund you, or find your package. All shipping charges that are over $2 of the total charged from online orders will be refunded. Any further questions please let me know. Currently we only ship to US states, FPO/APO addresses. Please confirm with me first if you are outside of these areas as additional costs may incur.
